This 120k W P CS 241kW h Battery High-Efficiency Air-Cooled Battery Generators are outdoor cabinet-style integrated energy storage systems composed of integrated power control systems and high-energy-density lithium battery systems.
Integrated Power Control System includes:
- Modular P C S (Power Conversion System)
- Grid-connected/Islanding switching system
- A C/ D C pow er distribution system
- Local monitoring system
- Clou d-based control system ( Only within China)
Lithium Battery System consists of:
- Battery cluster
- Battery Manageent System (B M S)
- Environmental control system
- Fire protection system
The P C S adopts the company’s standardized 125kW mod ule, which can be flexibly configured with battery cells of varying capacities to form products of different specifications. Each battery cabinet contains one battery cluster, with each cluster comprising a 1P 240S configuration (240 cells in series per string) using 314 Ah cells, delivering a maximum rated capacity of 241kWh. The cabinet integrates an STS (Static Transfer S witch) grid-connected/islanding switching device, enabling seamless transition between grid-tied and off-grid modes. Multiple units can be connected in parallel to form medium- to large-scale energy storage systems, offering advantages such as:

- Separated compartment temperature control for battery cabin and P C S. The P C S adopts independent heat exchange technology, reducing system power consumption and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Dual-layer fire protection architecture (PACK-level and cabin-level) with triple-layer power supply protection, ensuring system safety and reliability.
- Utilizes 1P30S high-efficiency air-cooled modules (30 cells in series per mod ule), achieving 40% higher integration density compared to conventional market modules. This minimizes PACK-to-PACK harness connection points, reducing system losses and operational risks.
- Integrated with Siny Smart Cloud Platform for full lifecycle operation management and services, including energy settlement functionality ( Only within China).
- Multi-unit coordination with Siny's station-level EMS (Energy Management System) enables standardized comercial & industrial energy storage solutions.
- Built-in 200kW STS (Static Transfer Switch) achieves seamless grid-connected/islanding mode transition with switching time < 2 0 ms .
Product Advantages
- The energy storage system features high stability of off-grid voltage and frequency, with output voltage fluctuations not exceeding 1%.
- In off-grid mode, the output power energy storage system can automatically follow the load power size;
- The energy storage system features a 200% load shock resistance characteristic, capable of supporting up to 1.5 times overload for 5 consecutive seconds without voltage waveform distortion, and can operate continuously for 5 seconds under 2 times overload
- In off-grid mode, it can support energy feedback type loads to recharge the energy storage system;
- Modular energy storage design, convenient for transportation and hoisting, quick deployment, and plug-and-play.
- This battery generator can be connected in parallel with up to 10 single cabinets, enabling flexible allocation and combination for different customers and various power load scenarios.
- This solution is applicable to customers who originally used diesel generators as the voltage source and have the need to save costs and reduce noise. It is particularly suitable for power supply to motor-type equipment such as cranes, hoists, winches and mixers on construction sites, thereby achieving energy conservation, environmental protection and zero carbon emissions. Meanwhile, this battery generator can take advantage of the peak-valley difference of the power grid to reduce operating costs and improve economic benefits (charging at night and discharging during the day).
